Jason Carroll
Jason turns strategic intent into systems people can actually operate—and into outcomes leaders can see.
For more than a decade, Jason has helped organizations connect strategy, technology, data, customer understanding and execution. His background spans B2B, B2C, direct-to-consumer, apps and SaaS, including work associated with RVezy, DeeBee's Organics, Wilet, Kit and Ace and Plenty of Fish.
As founder of JC Digital, he built and led growth systems that combine workflow design, performance measurement, creative operations, automation and AI. That experience shapes his work at New Manual: begin with a meaningful constraint, make the process visible, build the smallest useful system, keep human judgement where it matters and measure what changes.

Sagar Saxena
Sagar is a community builder, entrepreneur, impact investor and technology advocate who connects traditional industries, emerging technologies and community development.
His work spans agriculture, research, education, entrepreneurship, technology, investment and economic development across Canada and internationally. He has worked alongside governments, nonprofits, educational institutions, Indigenous partners, businesses, researchers and community organizations to build partnerships, strengthen local capacity and turn ideas into practical opportunities.
Sagar began his first agriculture-based social enterprise, Caravan O Herbs, in India in 2009. After moving to British Columbia in 2014, his work included partnership development, rural economic diversification and youth entrepreneurship across post-secondary education, school districts and nonprofits. He is also a co-founder of Bucky Technologies.
Governance and mentorship are an important part of his work. He has contributed through board and nonprofit leadership roles with YMCA BC, WeBC and Our Satya Foundation, while advising and mentoring startups, entrepreneurs and founders on growth, strategy, partnerships and new opportunities.
Much of Sagar's work brings together sectors that do not always naturally connect, from agriculture and community development to entrepreneurship, investment and emerging technology. He believes practical change is built from the ground up by investing in people, supporting useful ideas and developing the relationships that allow communities and organizations to grow.
At the centre of that work is a simple belief: stronger communities are built when people, ideas, institutions and opportunities are connected with purpose.
